Winter is a drag, so have a Ball! It is 2004 and the theme is "A Saint Valentine's Day Mascara Ball". Yes it took place on Saturday, February 14th. For nine years this mid-winter night filled with entertainment, dancing and fund-raising has brightened and warmed the hearts of hundreds of Vermonters. And once again The House of LeMay are the hosts and producer. One of the highlights was our rendition of Cell Block Tango from "Chicago," with help from some of our Lyric Theatre Company friends.

Our good friend, Syndi, started the night off with Willkommen from "Cabaret" and did a fantastic job!

That's not just Margaurite's cocktail glass in her hand, it's also a prop for her when she sang "Pour Me a Man."

Amanda Fondell did a couple of songs for the crowd. Amanda will be back again in 2008!

Phantasmagoria featuring Biba and Chi-Chi performed also.
Look for their return in 2008!!!

A new part to the evening was "Live Art by Dostie." Burlington artist Alex Dostie created a painting on canvas during the evening and then it was raffled off and all the money went to
Vermont People With AIDS Coalition.
Now here are some photos of the crowd.

We give you the Judges of the Drag Ball.

Here is the KING and QUEEN of Drag Ball.
