Drag Camp 2001

As you have seen over the years us girls from Beaver Pond have become more beautiful as we get older. If you saw the pictures that were posted from 1997 and 2000 , we were not to P-R-E-T-T-Y.  Before I post the Drag Ball 2001 pictures I would like to explain the change that took place with our makeup.  Thanks to, Sabella Markiewicz and Courtney St. James, two drag queens that came into the scene after Drag Ball.

They had a Drag Camp for us. It was a half-day of fun as they showed us the basics of creating, as they called it, a new you.

They were two queens that had been around the block once or twice. They taught us a lot about makeup that day and we did have some fun. Then we had to go show our work off at 135 Pearl that evening. You may remember that, Sabella was crowned the first Queen of 135 Pearl and Courtney won the first Drag Queen Survivor during Mardi Gras of 2001. Thanks Girls!!

As they told us at the Camp - "Covergirl does not cover boy!"
