Friends of LeMay hit the BIG APPLE!

posted Sunday, 8 June 2008

Watch out New York City!  The LeMay's sent Mark, Todd, Bill and Val headed south for a few days to cause havoc.  (Ok, we didn't send them, but it sure was nice having a break for a few days!)  So just what happened when the boys from Burlington (and Val) ran wild in the big city?  You will have to ask them.

There are a few pictures we can show from the less wild time they spent visiting with their friends John and Russell.

Russell introduced the gang from Burlington to a giant Dim Sum restaurant called Jin Fong, and also taught them how to use the subway.  Too bad they had tried to use the subway on their own prior to the lesson.  Ask Todd how he managed to get them all lost and where they ended up!

Russell - Those girls don't get out of Vermont much... you could've kept them longer - we wouldn't have minded.

Thanks Russell! I had a fabulous time in NYC and the trip ended wonderfully since we were able to spend our last day with you! I had such a great time - memories that will last a lifetime! And it was great that our last day in NYC was paying homage to Marc's heritage...who knew they would throw such a big parade in his honor! Thanks again! Can't wait to do it again! And lastly, speaking of the subway...we made a lovely trip to Queens...not intentional, but fitting as always!
