Gung Hay Fat Choy... May prosperity be with you... that's what they say to celebrate Chinese New Year which we're just getting into this week.  Whew... first Maggie's tattoo, then Super Bowl, then Mardi Gras, then Super Tuesday and now ANOTHER reason to have a cocktail.  OK!

And it's the year of the Rat!!!
