January 2009 - A GREAT START!!!
In all the years we've been doing what we do, there have been very few months filled with so much fun as January 2009. And we told you all about it in twenty-five different blog posts... that's a lot of blogging!!! And pictures. We LOVE to take pictures and share them with the world. And the whole world is watching!!! We were hit on by people from 107 countries!!!! And hits? Our blog was hit (read) 39,178 times during the month!!! Our second biggest month!!!
Here's some of the month's highlights...
On January 1 we showed you what our friends Bob, Johnnie and Matt did for New Years Eve... the VGSA Party at Higher Ground... and a private party at their friends Serena and Don's house. And we posted our New Years Resolutions. And we looked back at the late, great 2008.
The state of the economy has affected everyone... and we gave Governor Douglas advice on cutting his budget... join Nutri-System to "Trim the Fat." And we also found out that the government was looking out for drag queens in our post of "Bail Out Plan For The House of LeMay."
And speaking of politics, we were very upset to hear that Congressman Peter Welch got married and that our good friend Peter Freyne passed away. But we were also very happy the day that President Obama was inaugurated!

We moooved Christmas and did our annual Holiday show.
We talked about Vermont's newest celebrity, Karl Lagerfeld. And said why gays decided to ski in Vermont as opposed to Utah.
Our movie, Slingbacks and Syrup, received some regional recognition.
We gave suggestions to keep warm... Brrring It On!
Magic Hat gave us another reason to get out and have fun with their 1/9 Miler Day... We hit 6 bars that day... two of which we had never been in!!
And we ended the month doing three nights at the 25th annual Winter Rendezvous in Stowe!!!
