Looking Back - April 2008

April was a month of Fools, Fun and Festivities... and did I say fun?  Check out what we did my clicking on the bolded title.  The number in parenthesis is the number of times the story has been hit on.

We started the month off right... entertaining and hitting Church Street!  The folks from Edmunds Middle School were the reason for Fools Fest '08 and a Night on the Town! (499).  And one of the bigger bashes of the year was for Happy Birthday, Higher Ground!!!  (282).

MAKING/BREAKING NEWS

Whenever we can, we like to let you know what's going on... such as a famous lesbian couple talking about coming to Vermont to get a civil union - Can we be bridesmaids? (1,164) and a story that we received credit for leaking... ELTON JOHN COMING TO VERMONT!!  (970).

GAY STUFF

We like our music and it showed with More Gay Songs - this time by straight guys (504), more old news with News Flash!!!  Gay Bars Are Closing!  (324), and many times in the year if we heard of a gay event or rumors of a gay bar we posted it such as with Cinco de Gayo!  (172).

SILLY STUFF

Yep, things were happening in Beaver Pond... Dunkin' Dykes win Darnit Title!!!  (157), Lucy Belle had dreams with Miss USA. It could've been me! (179), we continued broadcasting our interest in dicks... Penis Snatchers?  It's Witchcraft!  (145) and became art critics with Is it Art?  Or is it TJ?  (251).

BEAUTY

No, not more pictures of US... Bob kept posting pictures from Burlington in Sunsets of Champlain.
