May 2009 - A Varied Mary Month

Five months are down and done for 2009... and May was NOT a disappointment... except for the closing of Two Friends Bistro.  No doubt about it, that sucked. 

One of the greatest events of the month happened early... the Snuggie Pub Crawl!!!

We started a new part of our blog... BobTown.  So far Bob has made seven entries about his observations and experiences in Vermont's Queen City... check the stories HERE.

Do you love pork?  Do you love someone who loves pork?  Would you like to make love to someone who likes pork as much as you do?  We told you about a new product - Bacon Lube.   Yes, it's either as good or as gross as you think it is.

As for current events... For politically correct type people, we informed you about the International Day Against Homophobia... there were no observations in Vermont.   We also told you about National Limerick Day (ya gotta read our contributions) and we wished you a Happy Odd Day... and acknowledged Nurses Week.

Cynthia Nixon is engaged...is she Vermont bound?  And we asked you to participate in RuPaul's Drag Race by voting for Hedda Lettuce.  For those ecologically minded and shopoholics, check out Paper, Plastic or Porn.

We went to two theatrical productions... Rocky Horror Show and the Spielpalast Cabaret.  And also a Pride Fundraiser. 

The list of gay events in Vermont continued - albeit less happening than a month ago.
