A Message from Nurse Anne Thrax, Head Nurse:
NO, Not Beer. It is 3% PEROXIDE USE...
I would like to tell you of the benefits of a plain little old brown bottle. It is a bottle of 3% peroxide you can get for a BUCK down at the Buck Stop here in Beaver Pond, Vt. I have been a nurse for many years and I know most doctors don't tell you about the use of peroxide.

1. Liza Little, the manager and librarian of the Edna St. Vincent LeMay Laundromat, Library, Community Center and Lint Musuem, (ESVLLLCCLM) will take one capfull (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and hold it in her mouth for 10 minutes daily, then she spits it out.
2. Also, you can let your toothbrushes soak in a cup with some "Peroxide" to keep them free of germs.
3. Liza, also suguests that you can add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing pour directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary. I have used this method and it works.
4. Margaurite uses peroxide to clean counters, table tops to kill germs and leave a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe, or spray it on the counters.

5. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it to kill salmonella and other bacteria.
6. I had a friend who had a fungus on her feet for years. She sprayed them every night with a 50/50 mixture of water and peroxide and let dry. She said to make sure you get around the toes.
7. Here at the Lady Zeno Memorial Groinacological Free Clinic, we fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water and we keep it in every bathroom. This is to clean and disinfect the bathroom without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will. Amber likes that idea!

8. Pierre Labatts has been known to put half a bottle of peroxide in his bath to help rid boils, fungus, or other skin infections.

9. Lucy Belle LeMay uses peroxide to clean glass, like her windows, pictures, and mirrors. She likes it because it doesn't leave smearings.
And of course, if you like a natural look to your hair, spray the 50/50 solution of peroxide and water on your wet hair after a shower and comb it through. You will not have the peroxide burnt blonde hair like the hair dye packages, but more natural highlights if your hair is a light brown, reddish, or dirty blonde. It also lightens gradually so it's not a drastic change.
All of us here in Beaver Pond, Vt and at the Lady Zeno Memorial Groinacological Free Clinic hope you find this information helpful. I could go on and on. With the prices of most necessities are rising, I'm glad there's a way to save a little money in such a simple, healthy manner.
Nurse Anne Thrax of the Lady Zeno Memorial Groinacological Free Clinic would like to reassure everyone in Beaver Pond that we do not reuse our syringes or needles.
