Pride '08 - Drag Idol

After the Burly Bear Beer Blast and our encounters with hairy chests, we headed over to Contois Auditorium to be judges(!) at the Drag Idol show/competition sponsored by Outright Vermont.  We had fun! 

It was a beautiful evening so we HAD to take a stroll on the streets!  As we passed by our FAVORITE store, Old Gold, Lucy and Maggie HAD to see if, by chance, they were still open... no luck.

We ran into good friend Steve Kendall, big shot with Lyric Theatre Company.

We were greeted at the door by these two nice looking gentlemen...

This was the MC for the evening, Chasity. She can really swing those legs!!

Celeste LeRue performed. Did you know that she was the first Outright Vt Drag Idol back in 2004. Here I am with the Drag Idol Winner of 2007, Tasha Salad.

Two more of the contestants (we forget their names... help!) for this years Drag Idol and the winner is...

Layya Onyaback, I think that was her name. Please let me know if your name is not correct and we will correct it. It was a long fun filled weekend.
