The boys in NYC! - updated

Johnnie and Mike finally made it to NYC!!!! Lucy and Maggie snuck down with them in their luggage.

 

They jumped on the subway to go see the sights.  And they managed to sit next to an appropriate sign!

 A quick stop in Rock Center to see the tree.  Johnnie wanted a picture with the tree, but the whole tree would not fit in the frame!

In Times Square they wandered around like tourists.  What a surprise.

The boys stopped into the Toys R Us in Times Square to take a look around. Johnnie was scared he was about to be eaten!

Of course, he calmed down when he discovered the two story, life size, walk-in Barbie dream house!

This thing looks like the LeMay of the insect world. Maybe its the Widget of the insect world!

Back to the subway for the ride home.

And in the subway we found an ad for the new Broadway musical Shrek.  Who knew that Amber, having failed as a  professional anal bleacher, would now be promoting herself as perfect for the role of Shrek.  Well, no one was arguing with her.  She has the look.

To wrap up the trip, Johnnie and Mike went to see drag legend Jackie Beat in her Christmas show, Drag Nog.  They gave her a copy of "Slingbacks and Syrup " as a present and she was excited to receive the movie as she had heard about it, but had not yet seen it.

The next morning, after checking in on their bail bond, Johnnie and Mike headed out for a little breakfast.  As the Spartan Bail Bond shop was near Chinatown, they decided to get some Dim Sum.

A little scared by some ducks and chickens in a window, they ventured on to Jin Fong.

While there they proved that you can teach an old dog new tricks, as they used chopsticks to eat, much to the amusement of some Chinese locals.

Getting Jonnie and the Tree all in one frame seems like getting Lucy Belle and her hair in one shot.
